Position Type: Full-Time (1099 Company Driver)

Location: Midwest / South / Southeast Running Lanes

💰 PAY & COMPENSATION

Average Weekly Pay:

$1,500 – $2,000

Pay Rate:

$0.67 CPM (loaded & empty)

Mileage:

2,700 – 3,100 miles per week

Additional Pay:

Breakdown Pay: $150/day
Layover Pay: $150/day
Detention Pay: After 4 hours

Pay Schedule:

Paid every Friday

Average haul length: 400–500 miles

Out 3–4 weeks
Home 3–4 days

Primary lanes include:

Midwest
Mid-Central
South
Southeast

Typical routes:

Wisconsin → North Carolina
Kentucky → Tennessee
Kentucky → Ohio
Michigan regional loops

⚠️ REQUIREMENTS

CDL-A required
Minimum 2 years experience required
No SAP
No NYC routes
Must be comfortable running OTR consistently

🎓 ORIENTATION

Location:

Bensenville, IL

Schedule:

Monday or Thursday
